الجالية الجزائرية في بريطانيا تخوض أول مشاركة مباشرة في الانتخابات التشريعيةالمقبلة لندن ـ خدمة قدس برس أطلقت الجالية الجزائرية المقيمة في بريطانيا، أول تجربة لها للمشاركة في الانتخابات التشريعية الجزائرية، من خلال الدفع بأحد أعضائها في الخارج، للتنافس على مقعد في البرلمان الجزائري، مهمته التعريف بقضايا الجاليات في أوروبا، والدفاع عن مصالحها في الداخل وفي الخارج. وكشف عبد اللطيف بالطيب، مرشح قائمة حركة مجتمع السلم الجزائرية "حمس"، لهذا المنصب، في تصريحات خاصة لـ "قدس برس" النقاب عن الأهمية القصوى التي يكتسيهاهذا القرار، وقال: "تكمن أهمية هذا التطور النوعي بالنسبة لعمل الجالية الجزائرية في أوروبا في أنه سيمكن أبناء الجالية من المشاركة عمليا من خلال ممثل لهم يعيش ذات الوضعية في تغيير القوانين ذات الصلة بهم وتطويرها، بحيث تكون ملبية لطموحاتهم ولحاجة الوطن للإستفادة من الكفاءات التي تزخر بها أوساط الجالية الجزائرية في أروبا في مختلف الميادين". وأوضح عبد اللطيف بالطيب أحد كوادر"حمس"، أن مهمته سوف لن تكون تقليدية ولاأمنية، وقال: "أولا لدي قناعة بأن في الجزائر عمل مؤسساتي ومنه مؤسسة البرلمان،وأنا أترشح لهذه المهمة من أجل دعم هذه المؤسسة حتى ولو كانت ضعيفة والعمل علىتفعيلها من الداخل. ومهمتي لن تكون أمنية، أي تقديم تقارير أمنية عن مشاغل الجالية واهتماماتها، لأن البرلمان ليس مخفر شرطة، ولا هو مؤسسة استخباراتية، بل مؤسسة تشريعية تعبر عن مشاغل الناس وتراقب الآداء الحكومي". لكن مرشح حركة "حمس" الذي كان عضوا مؤسسا للرابطة الجزائرية في بريطانيا، وأمينها العام الأول، أشار أيضا إلى أن دخوله الانتخابات يأتي ضمن سياق عمل التيار الإسلامي عامة، وانشغاله بالشأن العام في الداخل والخارج، وقال: "نحن نتنافس مع مرشحي خمس قوائم انتخابية هي: "التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي، وجبهة التحرير الوطني، والتجمع من أجل الثقافة والديمقراطية، والجبهة الوطنية الجزائرية، والحركة الوطنية من أجل الطبيعة والنمو، للتأكيد على رغبة التيار الإسلامي في الدفاع عن قضايا الجاليات الجزائرية، لا سيما وأن تمثيل هذا التيار في الممثليات الجزائرية في الخارج ضعيف ومعدوم في أغلب المواقع". وأكد بالطيب أنه سيخوض المعترك الانتخابي الذي سيجري في 17 من أيار (مايو( المقبل، وقال: "المهم بالنسبة لي في هذه المعركة الانتخابية أن أسهم بقدر الإمكان في معالجة مشاغل الجالية الجزائرية في الدول الأوروبية كافة وليس في بريطانيا على وجه التحديد، وهي مهمة ليست سهلة، ذلك أنني سأتولى الدفاع عن مبدأ تطوير القوانين الداخلية المتعلقة بمشاغل جاليتنا في الخارج، والتي تشمل في حالتي كل الدول أوربا الغربية والشرقية باستثناء فرنسا، كما سأعمل على متابعة مشاغل هذه الجالية في علاقتها بالدول المضيفة والحوار مع المؤسسات الرسمية بشأنها". وتتنافس القوائم الجزائرية الخمس المذكورة على مقعد واحد، للحديث باسم الجالية الجزائرية، في أوروبا، وهي جالية تقول التقارير الرسمية إن عددها الرسمي يتراوح بين مائتي ألف ومائتين وخمسين ألف مسجلين في القنصليات الرسمية. وقد بدأت الحملات الانتخابية للمرشحين في أوروبا من خلال التواصل المباشر مع أبناء الجاليات في مسامرات ليلية ومن خلال مواقع الانترنيت باستحداث مواقع خاصة بهذه الانتخابات. info@alhiwar.net الحوار نت
